When A large SUV full of people, usally hispanic, pull over to the side of a road and decide to throw a beach party. They will usaully be a large number of children playing in a very shallow and thin stream. There will be a large number of hispanics dressed in pastel cowboy gear and drinking large qtys of "Bud Light".

I was on my way to work today, and I saw 6 car loads of mexicans smurp'n.(Spontaneous Mexican Roadside Picnic)
