Someone that doesn't stop complaining/moaning and in most cases doesn't realize they're doing it.
You cannot get throught to a wingebag because their head is up their arse and love giving out.

Jesus, it was tough listening that wingebag go on and on after I told him I can't help him out Saturday.

Verb, to whinebag/ constantly whine & complain about stuff all the time. As chronic whiners, these type of people are never happy, no matter how much they make, where they live, who they bang, or what they drive.

Meghan (winebagger): OMG Lauren my car is like toally lacking, it doesn't even have a back up camera or Wifi!
Lauren: Meghan, shut up. Who cares if you drive an older Honda?! At least you have a car, it's better than walking. Stop whinebagging!
