The state of one's personality when they watch too many TikTok videos; as a result TikTok has become the standard by which they rate humor and possibly expression of other emotions.
Kids nowadays don't know how to interact with other humans because they're TikTokward.

A person who have a distorted view on whats normal behaviour, due to the content viewed on the platform Tiktok.

The person is referred to as a having a mental disability, therefore “-tard” from the disability “retarded
A tiktoktard would likely find that hurtfull prankvideo funny.

Ohh no, some tiktoktards are blocking those people from using that escalator, only because they want to make a dance video
