To be a sned, is like being a comedian, if that comedian was dead. Like chucked out his apartment of something. Or if a fish slapped a clown across his face(by its own will of course), that fish would be classified as a sned. OR if you are a fool you can be classified as a sned. But it is a noun or may simetimes be reffered to as a verb (see other definitions). However, used it the contxt below, it is a noun.
