A combination of rehan and chuthiya (chootia). A mudblood(worst of both worlds). Someone whos face looks like someone took a tutti on it and ran away without the rehuthiya knowing. usually a member of PSA. Related to squoopy (squid ward and snoopy), a very rare and unwanted combination. Has no real friends. to identify such a person, ask them if they like to touch themselves at night. the reply will always be YES!
