A term, mostly used by twitter to insure civil judgement and civil punishment actions to insure that a individual that has done something wrong (in there eyes) they go to twitter just to ruin said persons internet status and or popularity. Mostly due to racism and or something satirical or comical.
twitter user: "OMG! This person just said that milk is better than water, cancelled!"
*the persons internet reputation gets ruined overnight due to the cancellation."

Originally used by TvByTheNumbers, the "cancellation bear" is the theory that TV shows are only in real danger of being cancelled if they're the lowest performers, much like the slowest in a group of people would get mauled by a bear.
