A Japanese word which describes someone with a pure and clean image. This word would typically be used to portray the ideal Japanese beauty or an idol. Seiso can also imply a sense of wholesomeness.

Matsuri can be really seiso at times even though she’s a lolicon...

Seiso 

Seiso is a Japanese word that is used to describe a woman's character and appearance.

In a general sense, it means a woman who has a humble character, a clean appearance, uses beautiful words, and has beautiful posture and movements.
On the other hand, in the case of neatness used in the context of Vtuver, the meaning is slightly different.
Specifically, it adds not being lewd to its original meaning.

Seiso: When a lewd topic comes up, she doesn't like it. She skillfully changes the topic to the next one or is embarrassed.
Not Seiso: When a lewd topic comes up, she actively uses it to entertain and enliven the audience.

Seiso: She does not raise lewd topics. She will ignore or scold viewer comments when they are made on such topics.
Not Seiso: She may raise lewd topics to entertain viewers and herself.

Seiso 

A person who is pure in body and mind. Usually refers to a virgin who doesn't have any sexual experience or knowledge on basic human reproduction. Depending on who you ask, being seiso can also include things like staying away from alcohol, smoking, and drugs as well.

example 1. Danny Phantom : man, that guy is way too seiso! they don't even know what smoking means!

An abnormally massive wave.
{On November 26, 2019 off the coast of Oregon (United States), 11 different satellite instruments designed to measure wave height, wave length and the direction of ocean swell systems, relayed real time and pattern delayed SAR and altimeter data providing conclusive evidence of the first ever observation of a Seismic Aqueous Waveform (S.A.W.). In the early 1800's, Sir James Clark Ross and British Naval Officer Count Fluervo of Korkyville presented an original postulate for Seismic Aqueous Waveforms (S.A.W.) suggesting that chaotic and abnormal deep sea land masses (what we now refer to as tectonic plates) were capable of colliding and dispersing an exponential quantity of kinetic energy resulting in oceanic swells up to 1950 feet high (conditions unknown at the time proximate to the mathematical equivalent/scale estimated during the Paleozoic Pangea fracturing events, circa 350 million years BC). The magnitude, span, volume and force of a S.A.W. is much greater than a Tsunami, hence a S.A.W. is also commonly referred to as a 'Supernami.'}

trump treason season 

"trump treason season" officially began June 1st, 2017. As summer warms up, so does the Donald's temper as he finally starts to realizes what a disaster he has created in the world, but much more importantly for himself. Patriot and fired former FBI Director James Comey kicks off the real festivities on June 8th with actual truth of his presidential interactions. The season continues to get much hotter, but then it's Mueller Time with cooling facts discovered that reveal a long history of trump family dirty Russian money laundering and Vlad's kompromat.

(Spoiler alert!) As the season winds down, trump finally lets his hair go, fires himself and resignes in disgrace. Veep creep Pence, Ryan, Flynn and (Elmer Fudd) Sessions all go to golf jail for collusion and lying to federal investigators. Bannon hastens his lifetime bender to death.
President Hatch is sworn in. New season to be announced in 2020.
