When one has had enough to drink and is a combination of being obliterated and belligerently drunk.
Tom: I can't have another shot because ill be obligerent!

obligarette 

A cigarette in which someone is obligated to give to repay debt. An owed cigarette.
Chris: Andrew, give me my obligarette, you poverty-ridden, tasteless, jewbag.

Andrew: Go to hell Giarlastein!

Chris: Why don't you go to hell, where all the poor people go, you wretch whom was given natural gifts of poor quality.

(The obligarette was then submitted grudgingly to the lessor {the person who leased out the property borrowed}.)

combination of "obliterated" and "belligerent". the state of being extremely intoxicated, and ready to cause trouble.

Obligent 

Someone bound by ones values and word to oblige by providing service and favors

Word component and origin :
(a) Word components of obligent = oblige + -ent (suffix equivalent to -ant, appearing in nouns of Latin origin)
(b) Origin of oblige (verb) is from Latin obligare (ob + ligare) meaning "to bind, bind up, bandage." In modern English means "to put under obligation."

(c) The suffix -ant produces nouns from verbs. It has the general sense “characterized by or serving in the capacity of” that named by the stem, e.g. consultant = consult + ant = one serving to consult.

obligerant 

A combination of being so drunk you can be described as obliterated, while also acting absolutely belligerant and uncontrollable.
Andy was being incredibly obligerant on Friday night. He drank three 40s and then started yelling and breaking chairs.
