A Malarie is someone who everyone wants to be friends with and is very kind. You can tell her anything, and she won’t criticize you. An Irish-American slang word meaning "bullshit". Most notably used by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden during the 2012 Vice Presidential debate in response to Rep. Paul Ryan's (R-Wis.) critique of the Obama Administration's response to the attacks in Benghazi, Libya.
