Kareeming 

The act of doing something sexual or peverted to a female or male who is either younger than you or is currently in a relationship. This person is not a full rapist but is very peverted and sexual

Guy 1: John was kareeming towards Andy today!
Guy 2: Oh really! What did he do?
Guy 1: He kept following him and walking close to him and watching Andy and his girlfriend kiss!
