To be of the upmost baller status. A status as such in which the dopetaculist is refereed as the best of the best in quality, value and but not limited to sheer bad-assness. The word derives from the slang "dope" as the root word and "spectacular" combined to create such an ultimate adjective. It's innovation was created and invented by R2RO, a scholar and a gentleman.

adj. Dreadful beyond the definition of any synonymous word. Literally the worst possible possible adjective that could applied to something. Coined by Darach McGarrigle of Cracked.com, it will be appearing in the Oxford English Dictionary in 2013.
