It can be easily identified, as is usually due to complete ineptitude rather than a dodgy fix.

cowburger 

What a 'hamburger' should really be called, because hambugers lie to you because they aren't made of ham (pork) they are made from beef. DUH.

Last night i went and ate a cowburger with my friends (jks, friendless lyf 4 me), it had beef in it, not ham, because if as made from cow, not pig; cowburger.

2) An extension of the term 'cow' used by girls to insults other, perhaps sluttier (or prettier) girls. A general term for insulting other females.
