A chubbger is a generally unplesant human being that has an unusual affection for racism, self-pleasure, and topics that the general public or people around him/her are uncomfortable with and is very outspoken about all of them. They commonly use the term swank in an informal fashion refering to words like masturbation, sex, and semen.

The generous spread of chubby fat on the body parts that are not covered with clothing, like in the neck area or calfs/thighs or triceps. Usually associated with obese people. A muffin top can be considered a part of chubbery.

Example : His dad got some serious chubbery surrounding his face. They better work on his diet!
