A chubbger is a generally unplesant human being that has an unusual affection for racism, self-pleasure, and topics that the general public or people around him/her are uncomfortable with and is very outspoken about all of them. They commonly use the term swank in an informal fashion refering to words like masturbation, sex, and semen.

Friend #1: Hey do you know anthony?

Friend #2: Ya, why?

Friend #1: He always talks about how he loves osama.

Friend #2: Wow, what a chubbger.
