1. Anything originating from the Hellenic Republic, known to the Anglosphere as "Greece"

2. An Indo-European language spoken primarily in Greece and Cyprus, as well as some other regions of the Balkans and in enclaves within countries such as Australia, especially in Melbourne

3. Used as hyperbole within the Anglosphere to refer to anything that is extremely complex/complicated (see rocket science and brain surgery)

Greek Deadline 

A hard deadline which absolutely, positively, must be met or the world will end. Or not. Whatever.
"In other news, another Greek deadline for resolving their fiscal crisis has come and gone. Finance ministers are now saying that the REAL deadline for resolving this crisis is in two weeks."

Greek broom 

The greek broom also known as the garden hose. It is the tool of choice for people of Greek descent, when they are required to remove debris and unwanted matter from concrete.

Greek Lightning 

Arson. The act of burning down an unprofitable business in order to collect the insurance money.
The Omega Family restaurant was going bankrupt. Luckily it got hit by Greek Lightning, now Gus and Nick live in Florida.

Greek candle

The greek candle is a game where the contestants have to put a candle in their anus to hold it. Once the candles are lit, the first one to chicken out because of the pain due to the burning wax loses.
