Term now used by automakers (Toyota) in an attempt to dress-up what is actually yet another RECALL of their vehicles due to MALFUNCTIONING components caused by SUBPAR manufacturing practices and INEFFECTIVE quality assurance procedures.

Prius owner: "OMG Toyota is awesome; they contacted me to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Campaign. I am so happy to be a Toyota owner! They take such good care of me!"
Ford owner: "You are an idiot."

ARC (Anti-Reply Campaign) 

When one is simply too lazy, or feels that they're too cool to write back to ones text message, facebook wall post, or message. Everyone has a few of these people in their lives, and it is time that a stand it taken against this.

Voluntary Service Campaign 

It was a fucking recall! Nissan did it to fix something they fucked up on they early model 300zx fuel injection system. They didn't want to call it a recall because that would look bad so it was called a service campaign. And they didn't really want to spend the money to do it to all Z31's so they said it was voluntary. Non the less, it was a god damn recall.

anti-cray campaign 

Started in Minnesota by a girl with anti-cray morals. The idea behind the campaign started with being against all cray-girls giving normal awesome girls a bad wrap to get over when meeting a cool guy. The concept then quickly morphed into anti-cray of any sort.
