essentially a filler word, however in most affluent neighborhoods, hooligans that use the word ponged may also mean it to be schmacked/milked/blazed. Mostly, however, the true meaning of the word pong is mainly just reliant on the context it's used in. The origin of the word can be traced to southeastern N.Y., by an anonymous trendsetter, unknown to the general public.
