Facebook Neutral 

The ideal state of a Facebook user. Doesn't comment too often, doesn't fight with people, doesn't like any pages, and most of all only posts a few status' so when they actually do post something it doesn't piss people off and they are actually interested. They mainly use Facebook to keep track of friends not to annoy them with their hour to hour schedule.

Neutral Cleaner

A cleaner that is considered neutral because it rates a zero in all four hazard categories required by OSHA to be labeled on workplace chemicals.

It is also neutral in everything else.

Neutral Cleaner has the ability to cure cancer if it wanted to. Too bad it never cares.

gender neutral 

Gender classification where one individual does not feel/belong to neither genders.
Lack of gender resolve and behaves like both but mostly neither genders.
Doesn't view themselves as either or both genders.
Use they/the, pronouns.

Sam isn't really a gender. They're gender neutral in all truth - going for neither genders.
