Stunned Broad

Women, more specifically stupid women you see in public places, i.e bars, driving, etc. They are classified by the stupid things they do and then more importantly the look on their face after, a look of "did i do something wrong?" Yes you did and for it are a stunned broad. The look appears generally as one of stun, large eyes, open mouth and hands on cheeks in some cases.
