Adjective, noun, used to describe a person who is expressing effeminate characterstics in a non homo setting. Coined ome, because of its derivation from homo and karamo (see no homo and no karamo). The politically correct term used in corporate settings especially over instant messenging and emails.

go and home smashed together in an australian accent when trying to tell someone to ' go home' normally yelled. Usually used by deputy principals at the end of the school day, may be accompanied by a water pistel filled with water or hand sanitiser.

Omegalomaniac
From the last Fall Out Boy single before their undefined hiatus, Alpha Dog. It goes with the word "megalomaniac," which is basically thinking your the shit, with the o added on the front so it looks like "omega" (To go with Alpha Dog). It's actually quite a good song.
