shag bands

It is true that Shagbands or Jelly Bracelets used to be an 80’s fashion. However, they weren’t the original fuck bracelets. Originally fuck bracelets were bracelets with teeny tiny little beads and thin elastic string. The rumours about breaking them and the person has to have sex with you started floating around when I was thirteen. I’m about 17 now. They were much easier to break than jelly bracelets. Somewhere along the line Jelly bracelets began to come back into style. When this happened they became known as shagbands or fuck bracelets. What many of you are failing to realize is everyone just took it as a joke. No one actually believes that if they break someone’s black band that, that person has to have sex with them. That’s ridiculous and stupid. However there is a meaning behind each of the different colors and people do jokingly try to break them a lot. Most of the time when it happens to me (I have about 80 of these things) it’s just one of my friends kidding around.

Black- Sex
Blue- Blow job
Pink- Flash tits or penis
Yellow- Hug
Purple- Kiss
Clear- Whatever the snapper wants
Green- Hand job
Brown- Toss my salad
Glow in the dark- SEX TOYS
Any glitter- Girl chooses
Silver(Gray)- OUTDOOR SEX
Light Blue- Anal
Light pink- hug and kiss
Light green- Oral sex
Gold- All of the above
Those are the meanings of the different colors. But in reality, it’s just a fashion statement.

So, I’ve done a bit of a search on the web and found the cheapest place to buy them online. time-bomb.co.uk has got packs of 6 for 75p – colours including glitter, neon and UV.
Girl: Hey! You broke my shag bands!
Guy: oops sorry. Hey! That means we have to have sex now!
Girl: (sarcastically) Oh yea baby!
Guy: Haha
Girl: Wanna go right now?
Guy: Seriously?
Girl: No you dumbass I was joking
Guy: Uh.. yea, I.. uh… I was too.
Girl: Riiiight

Poser bands

there isn't really any poser bands, its just the posers that make them poser bands...if that makes any sense..

Just because those bands (ex: good charlotte, simple plan, etc.) are pop rock and all sound the same doesn't mean they are copying everyone else. They have just probably been influenced by the same music. maybe they don't want to sound like metal, they just want to play music and write meaningful lyrics (hopefully)
posers listen to bands like simple plan, good charlotte, blink 182,etc..so they make the bands look like poser bands even though those bands probably didn't mean to sound like everyone else

emo bands

emobands are quite difficult to define as lots of different genres are considered 'emo'and different 'emos' listen to different things and not one single band on this planet agrees when they are labelled emo by abunch of stupid journalists who would not know what emo was if it shoved a burning frok up thier asses
personally bands like
thursday (indie/alternative)
escape the fate
from first to last
atreyu
are kind of emo but every 'emo'is different
and yes an individual as much as you would all like to disagree
"OMFG dashboard confessional is one of the hottest emo bands around"says silly 'emo'(if one likes dashborad dont admit it ,you may get bashed by 'emos'who spend all thier time calling everyone else posers

clunge bands

Adaption of the phrase 'knee deep in clunge'. it is when the amount of clunge becomes far too much you need 'clunge bands'. like arms bands when swimming they help keep you afloat in excess clunge.

Clearly clunge bands are not real but metaphorical. Used in sentences when inquiring about a party or gathering.

Other variations include the clunge snorkel and clunge diving equipment.
1: 'So what's this party going to be like tonight?'
2: ' bring your clunge bands, were going to be more than knee deep in clunge'

scene bands

underground bands that are NOT screamo or screeching but an alternative rockish indie popish sound. some are acoustic and some aren't. it really varies within the band itself.

theyre are many types of scene. some are grunge, goth, punk, emo, and the typical "scene kid."

scene kids dress in a unique way. they like fun things like bold colors and just try to be different and stand out. they don't wanna be the normal abercrombie preppy girl. they have lots of confidence most of the time. they can be really nice or mean, depending on the person.
honestly, its not nice to label someone something because of how the act or dress. its just people who like certain things.
ex- scene bands: something corporate. just one example.
