(n) : the aftermath of wiping your butt after taking a super greasy dump. When you go to wipe, instead of actually cleaning the poop from your backside, the toilet paper just spreads the greasy dung around, prompting you to use hella toilet paper in order to do a proper wipe job.

Women know that they should always wipe front to back. But there is always lots of dirty bitches who wipe back to front. In doing so it causes the puss area to smell like a dirty garbage dumpster, Hence the term smear it forward.

Paula must not have been taught to wipe properly by her mother, cause I cought her smearing it forward while she was getting ready to go out. Later that night after a few drinks, I went to suck the snapper and I noticed the stench of rancid ass and sharp cheese all in the bottom of a garbage dumpster.
