What in The Nine Hells?

As stated previously by Aidan Williamson:
An expression of great confusion, or bewilderment; A strong demand for answers; An emphasized version of "what is that?"
Used in the same way as "What the Hell?" is used. Variations can be used, e.g. "What in The Nine Hells is that thing?"

However, the origin is not, as he said, Forgotten Realms; it is an allusion made to Dante's Infreno, from the Divine Comedy. In the Divine Comedy, Hell is divided into nine circles, each one representing a different sin or crime.
The nine circles span from Limbo (for those who have committed no great sins, but are not admitted into Heaven because they do not believe in God), to the ninth circle where Satan himself resides (a circle reserved for people who have been treasonous against friends, family, and their nation.)

Nineth 

Nineth Is a very heart warming person and will brighten up your day with her singing and funny annoyingness and will always have your back. Nineth is a very unique name and she was raised with a purpose. She always chooses to help people no matter what situation she's in. She would take a bullet for a complete stranger. Because that's how caring she is. And even though she has been through hell, she fights and fights to get through all those tough times, and never gives up. She surrounds herself with good people and trys to make good choices. And even when she's in the wrong she trys to realize it and when she does she apologizes and trys to move past the situation. Nineth is a very headstrong person, stubborn but beautiful. Fight like hell to keep her in your life.

Nine bob note

A pseudo-comical term used to describe an effeminate man. It was in common use prior to the decimalisation of the currency in 1971, when a ‘bob’ meant one shilling. It refers to the ten shilling note (10/-); and alludes to a male who seeks sexual comfort from other males with a fraudulent currency note or forgery.

‘Aubrey likes to collect recipes and is always gossiping with girls. I’m sure he’s a nine bob note!’

An expression used to describe something that is "mmm fingerlickin' good". The term, based on the emoticon 'B-9' describes the face of someone wearing cool shades with a sly tongue poking out.

So I was walking to my lecture the other day and I saw this new girl walk past me who I'd never seen before. Damn she was bee-nine man!
