Since Nam

An expression used to indicate that something hasn't occurred in a very long time. Generally used to refer to something that is normally done quite frequently but for some reason hasn't for an extended period of time.

There are some hippies who literally haven't bathed since Nam, but the phrase is otherwise used figuratively.
"I haven't gotten laid Since Nam."

"What the hell is that smell? It's like you haven't bathed Since Nam!"
