When the government, or a big party, controls the market leaving all businesses ruined. It also ruins everyones free will to buy what they want at a certain price.

When Jagex added Grand Exchange to Runescape; allowing them to control all prices and disallow freedom which is also known as Command Economy(Definition by Dwarf Fight3)

Command Centre 

A special type of hacker's workstation; multiple LCD monitors are mounted on different vertical levels.
