Combination of the words trashy and frumpy. Trumpy is used to describe people who are fat, gothic/emo, and busting out of their clothes. Used typically, to describe the girls who's stomachs tend to hang over their pants.
Many of these kids forgo college to fullfill ass-tard dreams of anthro art, and furries, and crappy garage bands.

Used when someone displays a pathological tendency to deflect, project, blame, deny and lie, to the detriment of others patience and safety and their own mental health. When one is trumpy they have inability to be accountable for their behavior. So. They operate similar to a projection camera. Out into the world flys anything they have done, failed to do, thought or want to do. All is used as a battering ram toward others. Everything is disowned. This behavior I have only seen in some folks I have treated in clinics who carry a profound personality disordered diagnosis.

A combination of the last name Trump and the adjective frumpy. To describe Donald Trump's signature style of baggy, poorly tailored clothing and extremely outdated hairstyle. Also used to describe someone who styled similarly or resembles Donald Trump.

That man owns a clothing line and he still looks Trumpy.
