Eugene is most of the time a guys name but when givin to a woman it is a gift. Eugene is a smart, beautiful woman and anyone is lucky to meet her, she is caring, cool and very popular. Though many people she may act tough and cool but to a select few she is herself. She is caring, selfless, and almost too nuce for her own good. When bothered she will not care to lash out on you. He can make anyone laugh, knows how to treat a girl right and is loves cuddling. He genuinely cares about everyone he loves and loves everyone.
