Nigga Quota 

A nigga quota is a required number of black people in an area of entertainment or an activity/field. While this is most common in movies and games it tends to happen occasionally at occupations and schools. It was started by the NAACP in the early 80's.

1. Barret Wallace in the video game Final Fantasy 7, was thrown in to meet the Nigga Quota.

2. Due to the fact there were no black people in the movie The Breakfast Club, it violated the Nigga Quota.

3. Businesses need to fulfill the Nigga Quote or else it may result in termination of the company.

Quotaholic 

That jackass that thinks *they* are funny because they can memorize the most quotes from will farrell (or other similar style) movies. Usually tends to wear out the quotes until they aren't funny.

"You've got a dirty, whorish mouth, that's what you have."
"I love lamp." and "Shake and bake lolz!1" are all *hillarious* things you can expect to hear from a quotaholic every day.

retard quotes 

These occur when people are too stupid to know how to make quotes on their keyboard correctly, using `` (the symbol to the left of the 1 on your keyboard) instead of ". Not to be confused with retard apostrophes, which is when people use ` instead of '. Both are very annoying because the correct quotes/apostrophe key can be easily found next to the fucking Enter key.

Why can't Jordan figure out how to type quotes properly instead of using retard quotes?

A term to define individuals whose quotes have impacted others in one way or another, and is well renowned for their ability with words - particularly putting inspirational quotes together.

Rupert: Hey Ed, I need some advice.
Ed: What's up, man?
Rupert: I don't know whether I should go to this party tonight or not..
