Munge-cake 

An individual who lacks foreign heritage and lives in Canada. Munge-cakes or "munges" tend to do things such as eat kraft dinner, constantly apply sun tan lotion and dip his/her grilled cheese in ketchup. This term of slang is most commonly used by those of Italian descent.
