Vernacular for programmer (also 'grammer). Often used in cases of brevity or simple laziness. Entirely unrelated to the standardised language rules, grammar, which it defies in its abbreviation. Can be used as a personalised compliment or coded occupation.
"So what do you do for a living?"
"Im a grammer"
"What the hell's that?"
...
"Noob."
