When an individual usually of the female gender, has entirely too much drama and displays extremely dramatic behavior of which exceeds a very drastic measure.

To be dramatic and sarcastic. Usually overly sensitive men named John, who live in cold, wet climates, like Seattle, and drink organic milk. They generally have short blonde hair, and glasses. No phone etiquette - they just hang up.
