A bott foker is a person who is really stupid. They are a bott at everything they do. They literally have no common sense. Everything they do doesn't make sense. Bott fokers are literal dumbasses. They think they're all smart and cool but they're not.

Person 1: "Ayo Justin arent you a bott foker?"
Person 2: "Yeah, are you Justin?"

Person 1: "Hell yeah he is a bott foker!"

A made-up Irish term by the most amazing guy I've ever known.

A soddy bott is a negative person, a party pooper. They always see the glass half empty.
The term can also be said to confuse a fellow American.
