Is a nick name for Jeon Jungkook. He is the youngest in a South Korean boy band named BTS. His name has Look in it which is the origin of Kookie.

Buttocks.

Its used as short for a slang Spanish and Italian term, "culo", spelled "coolie", "koolie" or "cooley" - referring to the buttocks (either gender; male or female).

ghetto koozie

Thin brown paper covering, usually given away when purchasing single beers or malt liquor at convenience stores. Not shown to actually keep the product cold, but does serve to absorb condensation from the exterior of the can or bottle. Also know as a small brown paper bag.
