A person of dubious musical ability often heard interpreting contemporary songs by means of whistling, using a trill, or swiftly alternating up and down notes like a bird's song.

Trillers often use their powers for mischief, distracting peace-loving folk from legitimate business with their ridiculous outpourings.

Aah, I nearly sank the black until that triller started with the stupid whistling...!

Tribable

A trusted individual with few external physical connections such that they are sought out within group dynamics to create a safe tribe of people within a pandemic situation. Tribable individuals can form a small group of people that are trusted not to be exposed the group to external elements causing infection both physically and mentally.

Robin has been self isolating for three weeks now and is a pretty cool individual. She is totally tribable!
