"A Hmong person (or people) who would only hate on his/her kind, would complain and/or fight over the littlest thing(s), and/or commit the dumbest act(s)."

This definition can also apply to other races by replacing the term Hmong with their race (i.e., White Ruam, Black Ruam, Mexican Ruam, etc.).

A vehicle driven by a Hmong person containing more occupants than the manual suggests. Usually a minivan or hatchback manufactured earlier than 1990.

Hmong Nation Society 

Hmong Nation Society or H.N.S for short, is a Hmong gang in the United States started in 1992. The gang has since grown and expanded in different states and cities like: California, Stockton, Sacramento, Oroville, Marysville, Appleton, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Wausau, Alaska, Minnesota, and North Carolina. Depending on where the gang is located, members either wear blue or red. The number of affiliation is "475". The one and true rival of H.N.S is: Menace of Destruction or M.O.D. The gang is still active as of 2017.

Hmong Pack 

Hmong families usually consiting of up to 15 people all trying to pack into one riced out van/car. Usually found in areas of large hmong population (aka midwest). Can be compared to circuses when clowns jam into cars for entertainment purposes.
