n American premium cable and satellite television network owned by the MGMPlus Entertainment subsidiary of MGM (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer), which is itself a subsidiary of Amazon's MGM Holdings, Inc.

On September 28, 2022, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer announced that it would rebrand Epix and its companion OTT streaming service Epix Now as MGM+ on January 15, 2023, as part of a broader effort to realign the service with the MGM brand and as a streaming-first platform with accompanying linear channel offerings. The rebranded service's three linear multiplex channels were renamed accordingly: Epix 2 as MGM+ Hits, Epix Hits as MGM+ Marquee and Epix Drive-In as MGM+ Drive-In.

Getting EPIXed 

When you have FIOS and order the entire movie package but somehow you seem to always want to watch the movie on the single movie channel "EPIX" that you somehow don't have and need to pay $9.99 a month more to have it.

Hey look, The Indiana Jones they never play on TV is on! Fuck my tits, it's the only channel I don't have! I'm fucking tired of getting EPIXed!
