Dirty Hand Syndrome 

Usually a product of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, this syndrome refers to those days when your hands never feel clean, no matter how many times you wash them. Throughout the day you will feel anxiety induced by an apparent mitten of filth that covers your hands. Remedies toward this syndrome: showering - merely washing your hands with soap and water will not suffice.

I've been suffering from Dirty Hand Syndrome all day...no matter how many times I wash them they never feel clean!

Dirty Hand Cookie 

The Dirty Hand Cookie is a sexual act between two or more consenting partners where a designated participant rams his or her clenched fist into a selected participants anus. While the hand is in the anus, the designated participant carefully attempts to grab an amount of feces. Once some feces is obtained, the designated participant will then quickly pull their hand out of their partner's anus, while protecting the integrity of the feces. The partner with his/her hand full of feces then feeds it to their partner, rubbing it in and around their face , creating a Dirty Hand Cookie.

Dirty Handshake 

The act of jizzing, or ejaculating, into your palm and slapping someone across the face. Can be done either in front of them or premeditated. You don't necessarily have to dislike a person to do such gesture. Most times it is an act of desperation to get the attention of another female or male or coworker.

DIRTY HANDSHAKER- "Hey baby! Baby? Sweety?" *smack*

VICTIM-"Wtf!!!? What?"

An recipient is unknowingly gifted a soiled glove, typically placed on a car windshield as a form of ritualistic marking.

The fate of the recipient is often unknown however there have been reports of savage butt wolfery as a result.

*in latin america it is known as 'los demonios saludan' - the devils wave.
