This problem was caused by Windows. This program was created by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation does not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported.

The most common, if not the only message you will see when linking to Microsoft's "solution pages" after using the error reportingfeature

Example: When my PC couldn't play music due to a "missing audio device error" I linked to this message screen.
So I went looking on message boards for similar issue and found one. The person posted about how Microsoft had nothing.
That forum entry was posted two YEARS before.
Me: Oh cool! I can just link to Microsoft's solution page! How convenient....

Me: You've got to be kidding. Oh Cool! Windows has a built-in help program....

corporation

1. Your business becomes successful to the point where you decide that you no longer want to take responsibility of it, however you decide to keep your status by renaming your position as CEO, CFO, etc. so that you can determine your own ridiculous salary and sell your stocks to "shareholders" who then take responsibility of your business. Furthermore, if your company is a bank you can then purposely go bankrupt so that the government can bail you out to give yourself a bonus in addition to your ridiculous salary because the taxpayers will pay it and they don't have any say-so in the government. You can also donate money without paying taxes to a politician's shell corporation so that nobody will ever know it was you "on record." You also (wrongly) assume that the average taxpayer is too stupid to know what's going on here.

2. An expletive used to describe anything that amounts to investment without return.
I should incorporate my business so that I can sell stock to people and then purposely go bankrupt, get bailed out, and give myself a bonus on top of the ridiculous salary I already make!

The Marketing Division of the Cirius Cyberntics Corporation

A bunch of mindless jerks who'll be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.
Interestingly enough, an edition of the Encyclopedia Galactica that fell through a time-warp from 200 years in the future defines the Marketing Division of the Cirius Cybernetics Corporation as: "A bunch of mindless jerks who were the first against the wall when the revolution came."

umbrella corporation

"Our business is life itself."
A fictional company in the Capcom "Resident Evil" saga. In the game, the company uses it's status as an enitity to protect (thus the term "umbrella") it's biological experiments of dubious moral and ethical bearing. Can be used as a term to describe any company which engages in similar practices of hiding behind a name or "corporate veil".
Enron was an umbrella corporation, executives used it's name to protect themselves from the law and to hide their actions of dubious moral bearings.
