A man who acts very innocent until one day he becomes a "pacifist" which in code means he is going to slap you across your face as hard as he can, and then say he is a pacifist.

The chotchy is the one who always strikes first but never gets caught. He will laugh at you when you get in trouble for something he did.

Nate is walking down the hall next to the chotchy heading towards the wrestling room.
