Juvenile antics involving the scrotum.

Figuratively used to describe a situation where otherwise intelligent individuals argue or act like college frat boys.

Literal: Al was giving the passers-by a fruitbasket from his window when his girlfriendentered the room and unexpectedly witnessed the ballsackery.

Figurative: Jim pulled the mannequin's thong off and pulled it over his face, wearing it like a wrestling mask. The store manager wouldn't stand for this ballsackery and kicked us out of the store. We thought it was funny...

Definitions:
1. Something to yell when you don't know what else to yell, but feel a strange need to yell something.
2. A word that describes the motion of a long piece of rubber, actually wacking a man in the place where no man wants to be wacked (the testicles... ouch!)
3. Like "awkward turtle" something to break the ice during an awkward situation.

Tap Tap the Ballsack 

A game played where a person goes up to a guy, from the front or behind, takes their hand, and "taps" the persons ballsack twice. At this time the tapper says "Tap Tap the Ballsack!"

Guy 1: Dude I played Tap Tap the Ballsack today at the beach on some huge black guy. It was great!

Guy2: Oh man, I wish I was there to see it!
