A vanna is someone who generally makes plans with you, promises to do things with or for you but can never seem to follow through. When confronted with their behavior they usually get defensive and run away.

Example 1:

Hey bro don't be vanna tonight, you better show up to the party!

Example 2:

Don't even invite Brian to the party, hes always a vanna.
