Affectd with a type of a virus due to which person Brain gets shrinked and has dislocated to one's knee and ankle.

It's a noun and can be used as a verb.

It's Origin is from Jaati Umra where people are served with Khota Karahi and Kutta Qeema. It has vast spreaded in Central punjab but now vaccine has been introduced to minimize the impact. Most of the Patwari's have been recovered and are now spending sensable life.
