Freedom Not License 

A phrase meaning that everyone has the freedom to do whatever they want but not the license to encroach on other people's freedom.

Origin: Coined by Alexander Sutherland Neill in 1966.

You have the freedom to say whatever you want but hate speech isn't allowed because it encroaches on people's freedom to not be harmed. You have freedom not license.

Speaking License

An imaginary license that every owns that allows them to speak. It may be confiscated by anyone at anytime if you are found guilty of abusing/retarding the English language.

Justin had his Speaking License confiscated by Nick after he was found guilty of high crimes against grammar.

A cunting license is a permit to do/say Cuntish things. Used in a rhetorical fashion.

Steve: I don't understand why people with depression don't just get over it.

The proof of intelligence. Someone that has a the license to operate a forklift is a genius and the highest form of intelligence.

1. A tattoo found typically on women in the lower back area, directly above her ass. Standard SDLP's are tribal, and are often acquired during a drunken spring break (hence san diego) this is also very common in beach (party) communities. very often, SDLP's are poorly done, and as a result, are bumpy where the ink went too deep, and pearled where the ink didn't go deep enough
