The underqualified Member of Parliment in Singapore, Tin Pei Ling who was made infamous not just by her spewing nonsense, but her imatured photo with a Kate Spade present.Later on during the General Election, allegedly flout the regulations but got let off with an insincere apology and pushed the blame to her friend, Denise He. The term refers to an irresponsible and annoying person who is much hated by the public.
Dont be like Kate Spade Tin! You should be more responsible for your actions instead of blaming your co-workers.
