The term used to describe the uncertain nature of an automobile's air conditioning system.

Guy 1: "Turn on the air conditioning, it's smolderingly hot in here."

Guy 2: "I'm trying to get it to work. If I turn off the radio, roll my windows down, and accelerate past 40 miles per hour, my air conditioning should start functioning again."

Guy 1: "Your car is so air conditional. Also, I fucked your sister."

Air conditional surrender

A situation wherein one party wants to turn on the AC and the second party does not see the need and the second party eventually relents/goes into other room.

No amount of blankets could make the frigid room temperature comfortable so she had to accept the terms of the air conditional surrender and sleep in the other room with the windows open.

My Renault 12 has 4/80 air conditioning, Armstrong power windows and manual ABS (ie pump the shit out of the brake pedal)
