A turtlehoop is similar to an ICE, or Illegal Cornhole Entry. The first known case of a Turtlehooping was reported back in 1897 in Brantley County, Georgia. Apparently John McPants had let his cow Flyhands graze on his neighbors pasteur. church hurt
