Derived from the words cringe and binger a cringer is when somebody does a mass about of cringe in a continuous length of time normally abusing the amount of cringe they use. It can also be used as a noun to describe somebody who often goes off on a cringer.

Dad: My daughter came home from college a liberal and went off on a cringer.
