Short for Anarcho-communism, a political ideology that seeks to limit state power while also allowing collective ownership of critically needed industries. It was first conceptualized by Peter Kropotkin with his bread book in the 19th century and is in stark contrast to later authoritarian communist states.

For example: instead of a few people owning Boeing, Apple, Purdue, and the other major US companies, they would be owned and directed by their workers democratically. The idea is that a few greedy folks at the top aren't going to screw everyone else under them, because an informed democracy and solid constitution wouldn't allow it. Anarcho-capitalists believe they can establish and maintain this order in absence of a state, or a under a minimalist state.

Comrade Ancom

An imaginary individual who has all the necessary theoretical explanations and practical solutions geared towards thwarting capitalism. That is, until you start following them. A political paradox to be sure.
I guess if comrades need the info these days, then you find it from an encrypted server, and certainly not from Comrade Ancom and their regular blog posts and reading groups.

Mission Accomplished and not in a Bush way

A way of saying something important has actually been accomplished for real, while at the same time mocking former president George W. Bush
On May 1,2003 George W Bush landed on the deck of the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln for a photo-op wearing a flight suit and declared "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq when in fact the war had just begun and absolutuly nothing had been accomplished. Exactly 8 years later Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan by Navy Seals, this is an example of Mission Accomplished and not in a Bush way.

the intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment

EA's justification on reddit for Star Wars Battlefront 2, claiming they weren't money hungry assholes, but the reply received over 600,000 downvotes.
EA: The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.
