Fefer-Ritterstein Paradox

Imagine some phenomenon that is only sustained by some fact (eg a relationship that only continues because two lovers eat Thai food on Friday nights). If the fact is an essential part of the phenomenon (ie there would be no relationship without the Thai food), what explains the phenomenon's initial emergence?
Edwin and his friends only discuss past night's drinking. What, then, did they discuss upon first meeting if there were no past night's of which to speak? This is a Fefer-Ritterstein Paradox.
That guy is definitely THE FEFER!

An armpit enthusiast — typically of the scent, appearance, and touch of hairy underarms.
That dude’s such a pitpig, I have to wear deodorant to keep him at bay.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
