this is a colour to describe the grey garments worn by the generic lower class delinquent chav and NPC across the entirety of the UK.

the worst items of clothing to be this colour are: joggers, leggings, and hoodies.

Flats with a high concentration of smackheads, usually in Urban or Sub Urban areas. People who live in smackhead flats usually use their welfare money to purchase Heroin and maybe also Cocaine making them potential crackheads too.
